Job: My Redeemer Lives
Scripture: Job 19:23-27 (NRSV)
Job was doing everything right when everything went wrong. Why does suffering happen to good people? The book of Job never answers that question. But we do learn from Job about being honest with God and ourselves in hard times and trusting in God on a deeper level when we find ourselves in the “Dark Wood.” Let’s pray for not only the patience of Job, but the perseverance of Job.
